Details of the offer

**1.** **Administration**- Front office duties (answering incoming calls, entertaining visitors etc)- To record incoming and outgoing correspondences i.e letters, faxes, couriers etc and distribute to the recipients- To ensure stock for pantry items, stationeries are available- Organising all HR and Admin documentation filing- Prepare documentation list for archive files/documents**2.** **Leave Management**- To manage process of updating employees' annual, medical and any other leaves as stipulated in the Human Resource Manual- To file all leave records in systematic and updated manner- To inform all employees of their balance leave on a monthly basis- To update monthly/quarterly leave calendar as and when the leave record comes in**3.** **Motor Vehicles**- Updating cars monitoring list- Assist to monitor cars' service/maintenance**4.** **Others**- Assist to monitor CCTV/alarm and door access system - monthly back up, warranties, monthly checking, manual- Office renovation etc- Office safety and security- Attendance record/disciplinary for HQ's staff- Assisting in ISO 9001:2015 documentation- Other duties assigned by the immediate superior**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,808.60 - RM2,343.92 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Fixed shift- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
