Details of the offer

Provide administrative assistance to the sales and marketing team on general administrative tasks.- Handling calls with customer services on behalf of clients.- Perform basic bookkeeping and monitor inventory levels.- Manage delivery of goods to clients, serving as a liaison between the courier and the customer service team.- Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.- Handle ad-hoc tasks, including submitting claims, collecting reports, and facilitating client deliveries.- Maintain and update content and news on social media platforms.- Prepare reports on daily & monthly basis.- Support sales administration activities.Requirement:- Min SPM/Diploma- Own Transport- Required Skill : Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and basic bookkeeping.Office: PutrajayaWorking Hour: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM (Mon - Fri)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
