We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Administrative Associate to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Administrative Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This includes but is not limited to organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with project coordination. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate innovation and leadership in your work, contributing to the overall success of the team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. They should be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members remotely are also essential.
