Details of the offer

Ensure that all Order Request Form (ORF) are duly verified by the corresponding approving authorities.- Assist in creating and submitting Purchase Order (PO) as designated and identified by the Superior.- Ensure that bought goods are properly monitored during transit and maintain track on balances due for delivery or collection.- Maintain good record of documents, dispatch to all inter-related office and keep a well array of shelves.- Assist in maintaining a proper product coding in the computerised quotation system.- Assist in recording of all relevant information such as tools, equipment, plantation chemicals and other supplies, lubes and lubricants, diesel, MFO, materials for DMD and other items to which it will be required.- Establish, implement, and supervise effective documentation development and maintenance practices, including the use and continuous improvement of stated processes, procedures, and standards.- Routing logistics to all destination point of delivery.- Verify all Company tyres that are due for rethreading, replacements and other miscellaneous charges.- Maintain a tyre balance and inventory report.- Issue and submit Purchase Order (PO) as per product specification and their designated identified items.- Review the requisition for compliance with approval requirements, accuracy and completeness.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
