Our client is currently searching for an Administrator to join their growing team.

The role and responsibilities of the Administrator will include:

- Working within a dynamic team in a mixed role of administrative and secretarial duties in order to support the Fee Earners and Notary.

- You will be handling diary management, taking calls and relaying messages from clients.

- Dealing with all administrative duties such as:

* Audio typing.

* Updating the management system.

* Filing.

* Photocopying.

* Scanning.

The choosen candidate will:

- Have strong administrative and communication skills.

- Have a good eye for detail.

- Previously worked in a similar position.

- Having some experience of audio typing is desirable.
