Human Resources -Responsible in HR full spectrum including recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relation, HR Policies & procedures and Training Development. -Establish people-oriented policies, practices and cultures that are align with company's core values and mission. -Build and maintain positive relationships with all levels of employees to increase work efficiency, effective responsiveness and healthy working environment by engaging multilateral feedback -To guide managers and team leaders in resolving issues relating to employee relations and foster good manager-employee relationship -Design organizational structures and career pathways that are mutually beneficial to growth opportunities for employees -Plan, review, and implement improvements to company structure by identifying knowledge and skills gaps among employees - To generate and execute operational strategies and key drivers of employee retention - To enhance performance management such as coordinating talent development to coach team leaders -To ensure that current employees understand how people decisions get made and thus minimize or avoid situations that is detrimental towards employee relations To develop recruitment and onboarding strategies, tactics, and tools to attract talented individuals Optimize employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and reflect our values and the needs of our people.Payroll -Maximise the value of employees with a holistic business approach through effective ways of operating, innovation, systems automation, metrics -Lead the monthly end-to-end payroll processing -Maintain excellent organisation and time management skills -Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to solve payroll queries -Maintain the system and accurate record keeping, and set up new employees and onboardingAdministration -Handling end-to-end office administration and maintenance administration. -Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc -To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager from time to timeBilling-Invoicing -Printing, sorting and folding monthly billing and supporting details on 26th of the month - Compiling, sorting & attaching work orders with monthly invoices -Preparing and posting manual invoice -Submit billing to the customer portal and monitor purchase orders -Issuing and posting credit and debit note -Change of account details - as and when needed -Any other ad-hoc duties that may be prescribed by your immediate superior from time to timeMonthly Reconciliation -Reconciliation to payment -Reconcile invoices to bank statements -Ensure that all payments, reconciliation files and journals are tracked and processed in a timely manner and according to our Company's financial processes -Any other ad-hoc duties that may be prescribed by your immediate superior from time to time. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREDGood command of spoken and written English & Bahasa MelayuAttention to detail and problem-solving skills.Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Strong organizational, planning and multi-tasking skillsMalaysian onlyTeam Skills being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.Therapy Center for children with special needs.
