ResponsibitiesFirst point of contact for all HR & OM related queriesAdminister HR related documentation, such as but not limited to employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, extension of probation, visa applications, certifications etcPrepare and keep up-to-date employee P-filesInput and update data in a timely manner into Workday – HR Information SystemPrepare requisitions and conduct onboarding for new employeeProvide support to Payroll team with inputsResearch on HR related matters when requestedKeep up to date with changes in labour regulationsPrepare and maintain ad hoc reports and queriesCompose and distribute routine written correspondence from HRCollect, sort and distribute incoming correspondencesMaintain administrative forms and manualsMaintain the service providers/vendors contactsRoutinely update service contractsWork closely with the building management and its related service providers for the smooth functioning of the officeOther administrative duties as assignedQualifications and education requirementsDiploma in Human Resources/Administration or Office Management with minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource Administration/Office ManagementPast working experience within an international/multicultural environment is an added advantageProficiency in IT skills, particularly Microsoft officeKnowledge of HRIS an added advantage e.g., Workday, CeridianProfessional, proactive and positive CAN DO attitudeHas excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage conflicting and competing prioritiesIs Independent, goal-oriented and self-motivating personalityFluent in English (verbal/written)Be prepared to travel regionally, and willing to work outside office hoursTeam player
