Responsible for sales & marketing processes- Prepare quotation and track validity post submission to customers- Process and track all sales orders accurately- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, freight forwarders and customers on sales orders and delivery- Work closely with Office and Finance team on sales ordering, billing and delivery- Gatekeeper of showroom- Prepare sales update and report- Assist in other sales and marketing tasks as required**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 years in coordination or sales administrative role- Fluent in English and Mandarin both oral and written communication- Experience in order processing- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Meticulous and organize- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
