Advertising And Promotion Executive

1.0 Events Management : i. Preparation of yearly/quarterly/monthly A&P budget. ii. Received information from Marketing/Leasing on any marketing activities, plan and execute within deadline given. iii. Supervised on stage event (pre-event, event and post-event) iv. To prepare proposal, conceptual plan and event execution. v. Build up the Public Relation and maintain relationship with local authorities, government agencies for complex and A&P purposes. vi. Liaise with tenants, community surrounding, event organizer (EO), government agencies etc for joint event. vii. Conduct research and collation of information towards the preparation of A&P plans. 2.0 Advertising : i. Preparation of tenant promotion (liaised with tenant on product, price, theme). ii. Lead, manage, supervise and monitor all advertising material (banner, bunting, backdrop, signage and signboard). iii. Develop and coordinate all advertising materials or related communications activities within the approved budget. iv. Planning and executing of complex decorations according to festive season. 3.0 Others : i. Any other tasks assigned by HOD on ad hoc basis; ii. Daily work progress reporting to CMComplex ManagementBachelor's or Equivalent
