1. Assist in planning, organizing and implement marketing activities including advertising, promotional activities, events etc.2. Seek advertising opportunities in media channels and place advertisements in social media appropriate to the product and/or service.3. Conduct survey and analysis on external market news and trend, brand awareness, competitor activities, industry reports and other relevant information to improve marketing and sales performance.4. Analyze, develop and implement effective promotion programs in line with the company strategy to achieve planned sales.5. Assist manager on building and enhancing brand awareness, brand image and positioning in the market by taking part in semiconductor exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and events.6. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses within approved budget.7. Supervise and participate in sales events.8. Support at outlet for new outlet opening and open counter for registration of membership card.9. Manage Company Supermarket promotion deals communication to customers in weekly basis, with objective to achieve business goals.10. Develop offline (hardcopy leaflet, newspaper advertisement) & online (social posts) communication contents from idea, production, and media booking to execution with support from our agency network.11. Other business-related task assigned by managers.12. Coordination with designer and copy writer on artwork preparation and content checking for Press Release for major events and festive periods.13. Coordination on publicity materials, both digital and traditional marketing such as flyers, newspaper, radio ads, Google Display Network, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Telegram, e-Newsletter, etc.14. Secure sponsorships, develop and execute marketing mechanisms and collaterals for in-house promotions.15. Assist and support planning and execute of all advertising and promotions campaigns and event activities.16. Assist in planning and executing effective events and event set-ups in-line with the mall brand image.17. Awareness of upcoming trend and digital marketing tactics.18. Formulating and executing Marketing Calendar and budget for advertising and promotional activities.19. Act as Master of Ceremony (MC) at events.**Requirement**:1. Degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline.2. Previous experience in retail, marketing materials/publication development or related industry is an added advantage preferred.3. Familiar with computer, content writing & Microsoft Office.4. Detailed minded and meticulous.5. Highly organized as you will be working on average of 200+ promotion deals.6. Self-starter and can work individually for each projects & communication work.7. Be able to meet stretch timeline.8. Good commands of English.9.
