Advertising & Promotion Assistant

**1.0 Events Management**:i. Assist HOD on budget, A&P planningii. Assist HOD on correspondence - proposal, PR and etciii. Assist for weekly program participation, preparationiv. Coordinator for weekly program participation, preparation & prizesv. Deejay, emcee, announcement and pagingvi. P.A system set up, trouble shooting, & volume controlvii. Weekend event highlight while broadcastingviii. Always remind graphic artist when monthly event exceed to the end of month**2.0 Advertising**:i. Update all information board around complexii. Assist HOD/Graphic Artist on tenant promotional activitiesiii. Assist HOD on planning, follow up and execute complex / stage decorationiv. Support tenant publicity internally by announcement, public awareness, and other related medium of publicityv. Installation, update and monitoring every banner and bunting surrounding Mall**3.0 Others**:i. Any other tasks assigned by HOD on ad hoc basis;ii. Daily work progress reporting to HOD/ASM.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 0-6 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift
