Advertising & Promotions Executive

Conceptualize, plan, implement and supervise A&P events for the Shopping Mall.- Liaise with tenants on the A&P opportunities within the Shopping Mall and coordinate tenant's participation.- Responsible for leasing of promotional spaces.- Create, manage, monitor, innovate and enhance the company's website, all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and etc.) and blogs are up to date, accurate and relevant to create brand awareness online and answer enquiries.- Manage the production of marketing materials, posters, flyers, bunting, etc.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising/Media/Mass Comm or equivalent.- Experience in retail or shopping mall management would be an added advantage.- Self-motivated and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and able to multi-task.- Creative, responsible, pleasant disposition.- Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS OfficeWe are a well-established Group of Companies with diversified business activities including property development, investment holding, hotel, shopping malls, serviced apartments and building management services in Malaysia.Bachelor's or Equivalent
