Affiliates (Kol Management)

-To recruit, onboard, manage, and expand long tail partners/networks, such as KOL, FB groups, and Whatsapp groups-Explore new trends, initiatives and special pushes to encourage UGC from mass long tail partners to uplift affiliates performance-To be the hybrid person for Shopee Ambassadors engagement – especially on affiliate links, conversions, and ad hoc brand/sponsorship collaboration-Constantly monitor individual partner’s performance and working closely to optimize affiliates KPIs-Manage all communication and relationship of individual partners-To execute all affiliate BAU communications, including EDMs, visual, and content-To track partner’s payments and manage all invoices and documentation for long tail affiliates
-Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university-Ability to work independently and with a team-Possess strong verbal and written communication-Excellent relationship builder and a people’s person-Love working in a fast paced environment and strive under pressure-Relevant experiences in influencer marketing is a plus
