They specialise in the manufacturing and supply of robotic arms for use in a wide-variety of industries like automotive and electronics. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to cover the APAC region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, India & Australia).**Responsibilities**:- Develop sales strategy for their extensive line of after sales products and services across the assigned countries.- Drive roll out of global products across assigned countries.- Identify and build new business opportunities to increase market share.**Requirements**:- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.- Technical knowledge and sales experience in Robotics & Automation- Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation techniques- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
