You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....To plan and strategize agency business development initiatives to support the Agency Business Development team to achieve the corporate objective and desired resultRoles and Responsibilities:- Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategise the positioning of key strategic initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region's production targets- Identify insights / trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key strategic initiatives- Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or obtain on-ground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing etc- Manage day-to-day agency BAU activities e.g. end-to-end coordination of Elite recruitment, embedment of digital tools etc)Minimum Job Requirements:- Degree holder- Minimum 10 or more years of relevant working experience in marketing, ideally in a high growth business environment- Good presentation and interpersonal skills- Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills- Enthusiasm in work- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._
