Agronomist

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**- Lead, train and educate customers about products- Support the sales team with product knowledge- Support operations on product quality- Support marketing team during roadshows & exhibitions**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, BioScience or equivalent from an accredited college or university.- Have an interest in gardening- Minimum of two years of professional experience in farming or urban landscaping.- Proficient organizational skills, record keeping skills, and time management skills are required.- Proficiency in oral presentations, writing skills, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Effective verbal, oral presentation, and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.- Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking skills- Strong in customer service**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (required)- English (required)
