Identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs and actively seek out new sales opportunities.- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.- Follows by preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services base and client needs.- To coach and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.- Training will be provided.- Roadmap for 18 months will be set if you join as Elite Management Trainee**; Requirements**:- Malaysian citizen between 20 - 40 years old- Poses own transportation- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English- Good communication skill and able to work in team- Responsible and willing to learn- Added advantage if you are:- Able to converse in Mandarin- Experience in retail / financial sales and services such as financial planning, investment funds, mortgage, credit card sales will be added advantage- Experience with sales will be added advantage
