Air Freight Project Operation

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for daily shipment planning forecasts, organizing and updating information related to cargo.- Responsible for monitoring shipment plans, confirming specific shipment times, coordinating flights based on the shipment plan, and arranging for cargo pickup.- Responsible for the preparation, processing, and submission of operational documents.- Responsible for the collection and consolidation of settlement information.- Responsible for specific project business operations, liaising with domestic clients, coordinating and communicating information with warehouse agents, and coordinating with shipping vendors.- Coordinate warehouse bookings and arrange specific pickup and delivery plans based on customer forecasts.- Responsible for the preparation of specific waybills, settlement information, and related tasks.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Understanding towards international trade terms, air freight operational processes, and international freight-related policies and operational standards.- Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, airlines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.- Responsible and diligent, capable to address issues and handle emergency situations effectively.- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage)- Working location: Shah Alam**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to Commute:- Shah Alam (required)Expected Start Date: 10/03/2024
