Aircon Operations Exec (Kl)

Establishes project priorities and schedules, in line with strategic plans and operating objectives. Provides specialized advice, facilitation, and support to management, staff, and/or students in the development and implementation of effective systems, procedures, programs, and/or practices. May oversee one or more specified key operational or business functions for the unit, as appropriate to individual requirements: Responsibilities: To coordinate with 3PL & in-house team for installation/service. To work with customers to check aircon unit upon receiving. To handle RMA cases when necessary. To coordinate with customer service and customers on installation/service appointments. To conduct check on installation team and report to management on workmanship compliance. Troubleshooting and training. QC of installation works. Any other task assigned by supervisor.
