Job DescriptionIntroductionWe are seeking high-performing, passionate and enthusiasticCustomer Service Advisors to join us on our journey of growth and expansioninto the European market.You will be passionate about travel, you build rapportquickly and you have a customer-centric view of the world. These aspects willcome through in all your interactions whilst delivering the best possiblecustomer service, whether on the phone, by email or by chat.In return we offer you a great and creative workingenvironment, a good benefits package and an intensive training programme tohelp your journey here at Trip.com reach new heights.Our German line service hours are Monday to Friday 8am to5pm and you will work a 7.5 hour shift within these times each day. Thestandard working pattern will be 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week). Youwill work shifts on a rotation basis including public holidays.Key Roles andResponsibilitiesServe clients in our energetic contact centre ondifferent Trip.com Hotel products and answer questions on their bookings;Solve problems for clients via Call, Chat andEmail;Handle customer problems with empathy andpatience in a goal-driven environment;Work as part of a high-performing team,supporting and helping colleagues when required;Attend regular team huddles;Keep up-to-date with latest promotions andinitiatives;Read, understand and follow the Company Policiesand Procedures;Assist in ad hoc assigned projects.QualificationsAt least 2 year of call centre work experience;Strong communication skills, must be fluent inEnglish and German both written and spoken;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sound general computer skills;Proficient typing abilities;Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving skillswith a strong desire to achieve positive outcomes;Ability to listen and build rapport quickly;Enthusiastic yet conscientious and diligentapproach to work;Completer-finisher with a good attention todetail.Why Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and driveglobal impact.
