Airport Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker

**MANDARIN SPEAKER (MALAYSIAN ONLY)****Working location: KLIA1/KLIA2****Requirement**- **MALAYSIAN ONLY**:- **Age: 18 - 35 years old**:- **Maximum Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25**:- 2 days working and 2 days off- RM2500 + RM450 (Allowance)- Mandarin Speaker only- Working hours: 9AM - 9PM (Morning), 9PM - 9AM (Night),- Minimum SPM**Job Scope**- Attend to passengers' enquiries on way finding airport facilities and other passengers' issues- Proactively approach passengers and offer assistance- Handle and assist passengers' / stakeholders' on-site complaints and issues- Assist in incidents, accidents, emergencies and fall back procedures- Assist in queue and crowd management.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,950.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you Malaysian?**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
