**Job Title**:- Airport Ticketing Officer**Reports To**:- Executive, Airport Ticket Office**Position Summary**:- To perform Reservations & Ticketing functionalities for MAG on FY, MW and MH.- Provide appropriate solutions and product offerings to all walk-in customers with highest degree of courtesy in a manner to ensure sales targets and procedures are adhered at all time.**Key Accountability**:- Responsible of handling all MH and FY customers as per set standard- Ensure all daily sales collections and credit card sales are submitted, to assist superior and to provide support with respect to delegated tasks/ assignments. Manage cash Management at ticketing office- Ensure smooth handling of functions related to Ticket office and Airport Services such as EMD issuance for Excess baggage, Wheelchair services and other relevant requirements.- Handling of Parcel services/Cargo collection and servicing at ticket offices- To deliver Genuine Malaysian Hospitality- To carry out any other task as assigned by Immediate Superior or to attend any meetings and/or assignments as required under DSS.**Qualifications & Working Experience**- Degree in Communication, Management or any related field and/or- Professional Certificate in any related field and/or- Diploma in Communication, Management, Administration or Any related field and/or- High school certificate (SPM/STPM).- 1 year of working experience**Area of Experience**:- Good communication skills, both oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility- Courteous and pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player with good in Excellent manners with required tact and diplomacy to handle customers professionally**Personality Traits**:- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team.- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
