Job Description: Use data analytics to start and shape new market trends to work with different 3PLs Model, simulate and analyze hypothetical scenarios by extracting numerous databases in other to create multiple scenarios to drive business results Propose and evaluate different scenarios of the logistics' network that lead to the best total cost of the supply chain considering the process, logistics and transport areas. Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for cost and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes Analyze, manage and evaluate the best logistics' network of Distribution at Shopee to ensure the desired operation and addressing the operational needs in the mid and long term at the lowest possible cost. Analyze and evaluate different initiatives and projects by the operation to determine the best solution and give relevant information for the decision taking through the simulation of what if scenarios that consider Shopee costs and restrictions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering. Advanced Excel, PowerBI and SQL queries for large datasets. Strong communication and writing skills to build effective relationships and influence decision-making. Strong business vision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple competing projects. Desirable procurement skills, strategic sourcing, and negotiation processes. Advanced English skills. Knowledge in Python or R will be considered an advantage.
