Lazada's Account Managers work alongside our Category Managers to identify sales opportunities and cultivate seller relationships. You will work across Lazada's various departments, ensuring sellers can run their businesses smoothly and effectively on our platform. You will also be responsible for overseeing our product assortment and availability, gleaning insights, and driving opportunities that maximize sales potential. You will also grow with us - Lazada's focus is on creating career paths within the organization that ensure you are able to continually enhance your own career prospects.- You will be responsible for:- Support execution of category strategy, promotions and planning.- Account Management - build and manage relationships with Marketplace sellers to negotiate promotions, marketing spends etc. and ultimately help them grow their business.- Business Development - ensure Lazada has the assortment and best prices in the market by leveraging on competitive intelligence.- Campaigns & Loyalty Program - plan and execute campaigns according to category strategy, working with external and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.- Work cross functionally with Campaign, Traffic, Logistics, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to deliver strategic projects allowing Lazada to offer the best customer experience.**Job Requirements**We are seeking graduates who have strong interest in e-commerce and sales, with a desire to actively manage and grow your portfolio. You must be a team player and demonstrate a passion for working cross-functionally to achieve own and common KPIs. You must be self-motivated and able to quickly dive deep into data to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions.- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations or a related field.- Previous internship experience in eCommerce, account management or business development will be an added advantage.- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively build relationships and engage with clients.- Ability and desire to contribute to wider team performance and culture.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Table & VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
