Manage Network customer as a single point of contact for performance, relationship and escalation management 2. Proactively offer recommendations for issue resolution and process improvements ResponsibilitiesRelationship ManagementAct as the Single Point Of Contact to the assigned SL network customerPerformance ManagementAlign and drive countries' performance with customer's KPI targetsIdentify Performance trends and hotspotsManage customer escalations and resolves issuesExecute customer's request timely and accuratelyHandle Inventory Management (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Inventory Count) and ensure countries counts are performed timely and accuratelyWork with countries to verify clerical computation against physical count of stocks.Investigate and submit findings to customer in case of discrepancies and se ek approval for system adjustment if requiredMonthly reports to customer and internal stakeholdersFacilitate calls with customer and internal (countries)Continuous ImprovementShare best practices across countriesSupport process standardization to attain an operating standard modelOthersTraining - My Talent WorldECO System- Promote connectivity within APAC countries/ communityAdhoc projects involvementRequirementsAt least 3 years working experience with good knowledge in Inventory ManagementGood analytical and logistics thinking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft excel (vlook up function, pivot table and charts etc.), Words and Power PointEffective verbal and written communicationWell organised and detailed orientedComfortable in presentation and facilitate calls with customer and internal stakeholdersAbility to multi task
