We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.If you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.About the RoleResponsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure that software meets specified standards and end user requirementsRoles and Responsibilities:Responsible for system functional testing, compatibility testing, UI testing, product documentation testing, etc.Prepare test cases and implement tests according to requirement documents and output test reports.Coordinate with Developers and Business Analyst to work on bugs raised by business usersfor smooth SIT and User Acceptance Testing(UAT).Connect with internal and external collaborator to understand the business requirements.Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.Any other job-related tasks or assignments that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader from time to time.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience .Working experience and understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes.Exposure to Mobile base Apps testing is added advantage.Good communication skills and strong stress toleranceProficient Malay, English and Mandarin in speaking and writing.Possess fundamental knowledge of software testing.Demonstrate a strong desire for learning and ability to quickly acquire new testing technologies and tools.Understanding of testing requirements, testing methods and testing strategiesGood collaboration skills.Experiences in ANY of the following areas will be more preferred: Mobile Application, Agile / Scrum , Web based system, Jira, Confluence
