Job Description Thoughtfull is hiring an Analytics & Insights Lead to empower our digital mental health company with data-driven insights and operational excellence, enhancing the effectiveness of our clinical programs and care services. As a key figure bridging data analysis, clinical operations, and project management, your mission is to harness the power of data to optimize our digital health solutions, improve user outcomes, and drive innovation in mental health care delivery.
What you will do: Support care delivery initiatives and other projects with analytics and insights in collaboration with department leads Work closely to understand and help meet the data needs of different teams Generate insights to inform decisions and recommendations based on defined problem statements Conduct complex data analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs & patient outcomes About you: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, with a strong background in analytics Experience in data analysis within a healthcare or tech setting Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and project management softwares (e.g., JIRA, Trello) Thoughtfull is an equal opportunity employer.
