Job Description:Conduct game and features performance tracking monitor and evaluate product launch performanceGenerate ideas for product improvementAssist in game and features release coordination, including the development of feature decks and setting guidelines, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), budgeting, and preparing of market launch plansConduct AB testing coordinationAnalyse trends to find best practices and drive efficiencies for the games businessRequirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related disciplineKeen sense of logic to troubleshoot issues and identify solutionsPerformance driven, detailed-oriented and a team playerIndependent problem solver with a strong sense of ownershipExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with Shopee Games is a plusFull-time interns preferred (3-6 months)Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
