The role will manage a team of 4 to ensure coverage and service across the region. Role will liaise with internal executives and support operational management of accounts on all commercial aspects to maximise business performance through the provision of management information.The individual must have financial operations experience and advanced analytical skills to apply commercial acumen to manage sales opportunities pipeline, financial analysis and commercial reporting, pricing & billing advisory, client and margin reviews. What You'll Get to Do: Accountable for Sales Opportunities pipeline.Analysis and insight of Project Margin & OptimisationMI Reporting on Financials (Profit, Headcount, controlling cost to account) and APAC management (Development and Insight)Financial modelling to support business strategy, proposals, and target outcomes.Prepare reports for the purpose of Partner, Leadership and Management meetings.Collaborate with Project Managers / Account Leads / Client Partners to achieve business outcomesConsolidation of revenue followed by variance analysis vs forecast by region, and by client.Coordinating and obtaining inputs from all account leads and business leads to consolidate inputs for monthly & yearly revenue forecasts review.Support and enhance existing Operational processes, including but not limited to Sales Tracking, Resource Management and P&L reporting.Work closely with colleagues in Finance and Resource Management to improve information flow and cost-effectiveness across support functions.Responsible for the review and interpretation of contractual information such that they are compliant with Capco internal standards. What You'll Bring with You: At least 6+ years in a similar role with experience in Consulting business or similar environment, preferably Professional Services firms. Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationAdvanced financial excel modelling experience required, including developing own financial models.Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skillsStrong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with, understanding the needs of and influencing diverse stakeholders at senior levels across the businessAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team and environment and willing to adapt and be flexible given requirement to work with a variety of Partners globallyWell organized, strong time management and proven ability to multi-taskStrong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordFluency in English languageExcellent written and oral communication skills.Experience of presenting management information and reporting to senior stakeholders Desirable Requirements Ability to build and maintain relationships of trust with senior colleaguesStructured and organised Flexible to work in a frequently changing environmentAccurate, proactive, methodical, and analytical approach to workExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work to tight deadlinesTeam Player
