Job Description Open Position: Application Specialist (IT Based Company) An IT Based Company is currently hiring an Application Specialist to come and join them in the Selangor Company.   Key responsibilities include: ·   More than 3 years' experience as an Application Consultant or in a similar client-facing role. ·   Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective application configurations and customizations. ·   Configure and customize software applications to align with clients needs, ensuring proper functionality and usability. ·   Collaborate with the development and implementation teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications. ·   Gather and analyse client feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the applications and improving user experience. ·   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. ·   Proficient in both writing and speaking in English language. ·   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.   If you are interested, please send your CV to ******  for a confidential discussion.
