Application Support Team Lead

Lead the team by providing guidance and advise to the team members.- Delegating tasks to team members accordingly.- Managing project's progress and reporting progress to stakeholders.- Conduct software installation, training, monitoring on customers' issues and solutions.- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.- Prepare operation manual and customization specs sheet upon customer request.- Provide technical support or demo to customer and attending to customer request after office hour including weekend and public holidays.- Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Test for new version release.- Provide timely report to section manager or department head.- Effectively manage coordination at international levels, as and when requires by department head or Management, eg onsite support at overseas**Requirements**:- At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field.- Good command in written and spoken English, additional languages are always a plus.- Good in SQL command and networking.- Able to multitask, fast learner and setting priorities of work within deadlines.- Product training will be provided.- Friendly and positive attitude.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kepong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
