Job Description Open Position: Application Training Specialist (IT Based Company) An IT Based Company is currently hiring an Application Training Specialist to come and join them in the Selangor Company.   Key responsibilities include: ·   Bachelors degree in a relevant field. ·   More than 3 years of working experience in the related field. ·   Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for end-users, both in-person and virtually. ·   Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop customized training plans to address specific user needs. ·   Evaluate and assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, skill assessments, and knowledge retention tests. ·   Continuously update training materials and programs to reflect software updates, new features, and industry best practices. ·   Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on user experience, software usability, and potential enhancements. ·   Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia authoring tools. ·   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and timelines effectively. ·   Excellent writing and speaking skills in English language.
