Architect / Architectural Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architect/Architectural Assistant to join our team. As an Architect/Architectural Assistant, you will work closely with our team of architects and designers to assist in the development of design concepts, prepare drawings and models, and provide support throughout the design and construction process.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the development of design concepts and prepare preliminary design drawings- Prepare construction drawings and specifications- Create detailed 3D models and renderings- Perform site analysis and research to support design decisions- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers on design projects- Assist in the coordination of project activities with external consultants and contractors- Attend meetings and present design concepts to clients- Attend meetings to oversee the project implementations and ensure the project progress on schedule**Requirements**:- Master / Bachelor's degree in Architecture- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite- Strong design and visualization skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Knowledge of construction documents and building codes**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Describe your experience with producing construction documents and specifications.
