We are seeking an ambitious talent to join us and to strive our excellence in bringing our valued client's idea to life.**Position: Architect****Responsibilities**:- Responsible for creating, editing, and finalizing construction plans for projects in AutoCAD, Revit and sketchup- Assist or prepare the concept and schematic designs- Liaise with Client Representatives and Consultants to ensure that the Project Objectives are met- Perform Administrative and Professional Architectural Work by managing projects from inception through implementation stage- Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications- Ensure design quality- Ensure work comply with authority regulations- Managing and coordinating work delivery based on project timeline**Job Requirements**:- At least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Architecture (Part 2 LAM Recognized) or equivalent- 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience in a consultancy firm- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Autodesk Revit/Sketchup/Vray/Lumion/Adobe Photoshop is a must.- Effectively bilingual in both written and speaking languages in English and Bahasa Melayu- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, sound of urgency and able to work independently with timeline driven**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
