**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at S&I Urban Designers located in Kuching. As an Architect.- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans that align with client needs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.- Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for project planning and execution.- Provide innovative design solutions that optimize space utilization, functionality, and aesthetics.- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal standards.- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams throughout the construction phase to address any design-related issues and ensure adherence to the design intent.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and offerings.- Participate in client presentations, meetings, and discussions to present design proposals, address feedback, and foster positive relationships.**Qualifications**- Architecture and Architectural Design skills- Experience in project management- Knowledge and proficiency in software development integration- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines- Experience in the construction industry is a plus- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Notice of Resignation?
