ARCHITECT**Responsibilities**:- To manage project between RM5 to RM100 million located in KL and outstation- To manage cost, time and quility control of project- To coordinate design and plan construction activities, track progress to meet dateline- Liaise with authorities for various approvals**Requirements**:- Degree in Architectural, registered with PAM & LAM- Proven tract record of successfully completing projects from feasibility study to completion (CMGD and Final Account)- Must have fair in design, able to sketch and present convincing commercial design solutions- Assertive personality with good interactive skills- Able to use AutoCad and Microsoft Project
