Architect

**Key Responsibilities**- Regular site visit and check the day-to-day work by the contractors to ensure compliance to procedures, standards, specifications drawings, quality and adherence to the project requirements as well as SOPs- Liaise with Contractors, Government Authorities, utilities companies and 3rd parties to resolves problems and expedite the work progress- Coordinate with Engineer and Architect to produce systematic analysis of the Construction Schedule- Produce weekly Construction Progress for each discipline and generate trend report if progress shows signs of issues- Re-plan and re-schedule any construction activities that may be required so as to ensure that the overall Master Construction Schedule remains on track- Hold regular construction review meetings with the contractors, identifying problem areas and agreeing on corrective action to be taken- Administer progress claims to property owner and from contractors to ensure payment is received and made as according to the quantum of work done- Organize the Hand-over documentation and involve in the final Hand-over of the Unit / Package and take a leading role for the Hand-over of the Units / Package- Monitor the contractors' implementation of Safety, Security, Health, Fire Prevention and Protection procedure- Undertake other duties as assigned by management from time to time**Job Requirements**- A Bachelor's degree in Architectural or its equivalent- A minimum of 1 years working experience in project management and architectural for property developer- Experience in dealing with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines- Well-versed with PAM Form of contract, UBBL and authority approval processes- Familiar in Project Management software, BIM software and AutoCAD**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus**Experience**:
