Job Descriptions- liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects- taking into account constraints such as town planning legislation, environmental impacts and project budgets- working closely with a team of other professionals such as project managers, building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists- specifying the requirements for each project- adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction- playing a role in project and team management- viewing building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.- For the most part an architect's working day will be office or desk based. However, site visits and meetings with clients are frequent, so you will be expected to travel.**Responsibilities**:- Manage project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.- Take the 'brief' to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.- Present ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.- Compile project specifications.- To complete task within stipulated time with standard office quality.- Maintain within budgets and timelines.- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.- Go on site visits to check on project status and report on project.- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.- Willing to work extra mileage and proactive.- Follow architectural trends and advancements.- Last but not least, all Architect must do design.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotionSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
