Architect (Project Basis) - Contract

In line with our business expansions, we wish to invite committed and suitable candidates with right qualification to join us for the following position:  Architect (Project Basis) - Contract Responsibilities:            Planning, design, prepare drawing and overseeing the projects according to requirements by company and clients. Undertaking a range of architectural duties including preparation of survey report, perspective, drawings, minute writings, specifications and site visit as per requirements by company and clients. Ready to adhere to all policies, activities and procedures as demand by company. Having experience in hospital development from conceptual stage to execution.  Requirement:  Candidate must possess at least LAM Part 1 recognition. At least 2-3 years experiences. Good English command both verbally and written. In-depth knowledge of AUTOCAD, Sketch up and MS Office. Designing and site supervising for projects. Good communication skills both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Exceptional technical writing and presentation capabilities. Experience in hospital development from conceptual stage to execution is an advantage. Good in planning and problems solving skill. Possess own transport and valid driving license.
