**Who we are?**We are a small but vibrant architecture company setup that can offer you a variety of experience and we promote good company culture.Our Managing Director is an Australian and we value our staff, but we do take the discipline of staff seriously as each of staff is a representative of the company.**Job description**:- To assist Managing Director and Directors to oversee projects.- To assist Project Architects in assign projects.- To be able to liaise with internal and external parties for the good of the project.- To be able to perform any other job scope required for the good of the project.**Who do we need?**We need someone who is able to perform his/her to their best capability and have a good attitude towards the company regardless of colleagues or external parties.Attitude means being willing to learn and ask questions, able to take instructions, able to value time, have a sense of urgency, have a positive mentality towards criticism and of course having an energetic and bubbly personality is a plus!If you think you are one of them, please come join us!**Job requirement**:(Salary depends on the actual experience, not by years of experience).Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures.- 2 - 3 years of working experience. if none we will consider on-the-job mentoring.- Proficient in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) is required, proficiency in 3D Modelling / Sketchup, AutoCAD / Adobe photoshop / Microsoft programs, or any basic architecture software that allows you to perform your job effortlessly.- Able to manage projects and work independently (in due time) in a challenging and fast-paced environment.- Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player.- Positive working attitude.- Good project management, leadership, and communication skills at all levels- Have a keen eye for details.- Able to independently or under supervision prepare drawings and or documentation at all stages of the project.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
