Architectural Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Create a comprehensive scheduling program to supervise all architectural tasks from beginning to end.- Monitor construction progress and pinpoint any factors negatively impacting the project.- Enforce cost control measures during project implementation.- Examine the precision of drawings and collaborate with various trades.- Aid in inspections and participate in meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.- Review project specifications, handle technical inquiries, and verify the accuracy of construction drawings, diagrams, and forms.- Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department as needed.**Job Requirements**:- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Proficient in AutoCad and SketchUp.- Able to work independently and teamwork oriented.**Additional information**:- Employment type: Project basis- Working hours: Mon-SatPay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
