Job Description Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel. Qualifications Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects preferred.Minimally 3-5 years of experience in preferably in Railway/Transport projectsBeing registered with the Board of Architects will be an advantage.Experience in leading the end-to-end large scale projects, including conceptual design, design development, facilitating, communicating, and technical coordination with client side and design consultant team.Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently.Project experience in commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, aviation sectors will be helpfulGood knowledgeable in the use of REVIT, Sketch-up
