Architectural Designer (Mandarin Speaking)

**This is an In-house draftsman - main task is to focus on drawing**- Assist/handle assigned projects- Develop design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, 3D & detail drawings- Work closely with clients, superiors, suppliers & contractors to develop the project requirements and produces contract documents based on client needs.- Prepare regular project progress reports and conduct site supervision to ensure projects are on track and meet the timeline.- Perform relevant tasks assigned by superior or management- Training will be provided**Job Requirement**:- Minimum 1 year of related working experience- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Illustrator- Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented
