Architectural Designer (Metal & Glass) Construction

**Company overview**We are collaborating with a well-established and long-standing company in the construction and building industry that has been in operation across South East Asia since 1990.**The new role**- Meeting with clients to discuss the design requirements for new constructions, or any alterations- Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.- Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.- Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.- Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.- Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.- Ability to head a team**Requirements to succeed**- Bachelor's degree in architecture- A portfolio of completed designs.- Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software.- Strong creative design and time management skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.**To Apply****Registration No: 201901037350 (1346680-W)****EA Licence No: JTKSM 949A****Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday
