Architectural Draughstman

Job Duties:- Prepare submission drawings and documents and liaise with authorities.- Liaise with project team and consultants to ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.- To involve in construction implementation when required.- Coordinate between project team & consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.- Identify drawings discrepancies, buildability & impact on different disciplines.Job Specification Requirements:- Minimum 5 years working experience, must be well versed in cad-drafting software, 3D modelling software (Sketch-up) & other relevant skills.- Team player with positive thinking, strong leadership skill, flexible & respectful.- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently under minimum supervision.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 04/27/2024
