1. To review Architectural and ID Construction Drawings and material specifications for any discrepancies and/or ambiguities and to highlight back to KLCC Projeks in writing (through RFI's or letters) and to alert site team for any VO that may arises from it. 2. To review all related WMS (Work's Method Statements) pertaining to architecture and forwarded it to QAQC for preparation of submission to KLCC Projeks. 3. To liaise with internal QAQC departments, suppliers, vendors and appointed sub-contractor for correct material catalogues to be submitted (as per Contract) for submission purposes. Next, to follow up accordingly for material sample board for approval as well. 4. To lead the coordination between Architecture, Civil + Structural and Mechanical + Electrical as well. To resolve internally among various disciplines first before coordinating with relevant sub-contractor. 5. To monitor on coordination drawings between all trades and BIM drawings. 6. To attend all Design/Technical and Procurement Coordination Meetings, Monthly Site Progress Meeting to resolve/report on any Design/Technical and Procurement issues. 7. To prepare SMR (Site Material Requisition) for Purchasing Department on items already procured (i.e.; Sanitary Wares & Fittings, Door Frames, Fire Doors etc) by doing verification and taking off based on latest Architectural Construction drawings. 8. To liaise, supervise and monitor the quality and progress of works by Architectural sub-contractors. 9. To ensure all design coordinators and architectural supervisors are well informed on the Design and Technical requirements for each respective Architectural Works.
