Architectural Supervisor

1. To supervise, monitor and control all construction works on the project. 2. To lead, coordinate and supervise the sub-contractors and general workers to perform daily progress and quality of workers- 3. To ensure subcontractor work progress as per schedule / planning 4. Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise 5. To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored and protected. 6. To ensure works are being carried out in accordance to construction drawing and contract quality specification 7. To liaise with main contractor on all the progress work and ensure the work quality is fulfil the satisfaction of the client/main contractor requirement 8. To organize inspection session with client/main contractor and to prepare the required documents for on the spot sign off at every inspection time. 9. To ensure all documentation are sign off and maintain a proper documentation filling (progress work inspection form, quality defect form) 10. To manage and coordinate quality control personals from various subcontractors (local subcontractor /foreign subcontractor). 11. To follow through on all NCRs from main con/client and complaints and ensure corrective and preventive actions are in line with project quality and standard requirement. 12. To update and report daily site activities to management level on all progress work at siteL & W Tiling Sdn. Bhd. is a partnership company registered in 1999.
