**Position Summary**:- Responsible for managing and leading a given district, achieving sales, profitability and inventory targets while ensuring a unique and brand relevant shopping experience.- Oversee, coach and direct activities of Shop-in-charge person (eg. Store Managers) in the achievement of business objectives and efficient & effective store operations.**Key Responsibilities**:- To oversee a minimum of 6 stores and responsible for the district performance to meet district KPIs and operational standards- Providing support and guidance to all Managers on operations strategies to improve performance within your districts.- Lead and mentor a team of restaurant managers and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of ownership among staff.- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.- To contribute and direct restaurant manager on strategies to meet minimum staffing requirements for the area needs and store growth- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and supporting your employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering this.- To monitor, measure and provide support on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of sales building activities by the store- Ensure compliance of operation SOP during store opening, closing and rush activities- To do structured store visitation as per Operations Manager's requirements and area needs**Qualifications/ Requirements:- **- Diploma / Degree in any discipline- Proven min 5 years experience in F&B management, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple outlets or locations- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.- Energetic and Can-do attitude- Travelling required**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance**Experience**:- Area Manager / District Coach: 3 years (preferred)
