Dedicated to inspiring healthy living and serving up healthy alternatives loved by Australians and the rest of the world, we are committed, vibrant and a dynamic company dedicated to people, both those who buy our products and those that make them.We are looking for a, highly enthusiastic and energetic **Area Manager** to manage the store and assist with the growth and success of Boost Juice.- **Responsibilities**:_- Perform hands-on operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities- Engaging with each store manager to drive all KPI's- Actively promote all company national marketing campaigns- Controlling labor and cost of goods across the region- Train, mentor and coach store managers & assist with their career growth.- Conducting 1 on 1 meeting with each store manager on a weekly basis.- Manage daily activities, including staffing, scheduling and customer interactions- Leading the Boost customer experience throughout all stores.- Completing company QAR (Quality assurance review) across all stores.- Working at your 'home' store to drive sales- Audit for equipment, supplies and materials- **Requirements**:_- Have min 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Prior experience in managing a cluster/ area of retail or F&B outlets is essential.- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with excellent written & spoken English.- Must be detail-oriented and stay on task, as well as efficient in scheduling and able to manage all the events- Strong organizational skills to maintain the operations records- Strong communications skills to all levels - Operations Manager, Upper Management, Support Centre, staff, and customers- Able to work under pressure- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.- Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements and SOPs within the Operations team.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Food & Beverage: 2 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Seremban (required)Ability to Relocate:- Seremban: Relocate before starting work (required)
