Why does this job exist and why is it critical??
1) Developing and guiding Hotlink dealers who are newly introduced with new product segments such as Fibre, etc.
2) Mobilizing ground support resources to penetrate residential and congregation areas in the region
3) Coordination of acquisition events for different product segments (Fibre) in the region with active participation from distribution and dealers such as Maxis Centre, MEP/Hybrid/Hotlink Dealers.
4) Driving greater customer experience through gathering of feedback from channels, process improvement, active engagement withground support teams, Maxperts in the region and any other stakeholders.
5) To be accountable for the incremental revenue growth and penetration of key segments such as Fibre in the region
6) To guide dealers in formulating effective & efficient sales campaigns by executing business reviews and implementation of plans on a regular basis.
7) To be the Leader of Dealers - through intensive business strategy led engagements and formulation of action plans to achieve agreed short and mid-term goals
8) Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction tracked through NPS
